Prayers for our world in our nativity service
As well as our nativity, today we prayed for our troubled world with the Lord’s Prayer in Malay and in English
Bapa kami yang ada di syurga, Our Father, who art in heaven,
dikuduskanlah nama-Mu. Hallowed be thy name;
Datanglah kerajaan-Mu, thy kingdom come;
Jadilah kehendak-Mu, thy will be done;
di atas bumi seperti di dalam syurga. on earth as it is in heaven.
Berikanlah kami rezeki pada hari ini, Give us this day our daily bread.
Ampunilah dosa kami And forgive us our trespasses,
seperti kami pun mengampuni orang yang berdosa kepada kami. as we forgive those who trespass against us.
dan janganlah masukkan kami ke dalam
percubaan, tetapi bebaskanlah kami dari yang jahat. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.
Kerana Engkaulah yang memiliki kerajaan, kuasa dan kemuliaan
sampai selama-lamanya. For thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory, for ever and ever.
Amin. Amen.
