Supporting Christian Aid

As Methodists, we are called to give generously as a church and individually.  One charity we support is Christian Aid.  

In May, it was our chosen monthly church charity - where the money from our collective giving, alongside any donations made at our monthly community lunch, are sent to an agreed charity.

This month, some of us walked with friends at the annual Christian Aid night hike, in it's newest 9 mile walk from Hathersage starting at 8 pm (torches are required!).  Anyone is welcome and it's always the first weekend of July, so if you fancy a challenge, get a placeholder in your diary for next year and start your training!
